Zimmerman plans and implements national and regional media initiatives, steers the company’s charitable partnership programs, and executes social networking listening and engagement strategies to connect consumers with the brand. Under her leadership, Auntie Anne’s Facebook page grew from 25,000 to nearly 500,000 “likes.” She founded the Auntie Anne’s Twitter account and refined the company’s YouTube presence. In April 2011, Restaurant Business Magazine recognized Auntie Anne’s with the Social Media 50 award.
